Golden hour with Notre-Dame de Reims, France — November 2, 2011
It was gray, overcast and cold all day leaving little pleasure in outside photography. Just as the sun was setting, it broke through the clouds on the Western horizon illuminating a golden hue on one of the world's most beautiful Cathedrals. It was a magical moment.
