Dawson Creek, BC

Upon the photos and farewells we were off… The first day which should have been the worst turned out to be a breeze as we sailed all the way into Grande Prairie (GP) and now visitng one of the local watering holes.( BJ's sports pub for a large scoff) "Riding the wind" , as we basically carried ourselves into GP unassisted aside from the support vehicle of Graham Johnson and friends. Bless that man for all his support! A word to others coming this way, Great places to stay in downtown Edmonton at the local Bed and breakfast of "Kay and company" as well as BJ's local band house in GP. Until the next time from Wob and Wiebe….

Lake Louise, AB

Upon leaving the comforts of home we were introduced to this great natural world around us! No more sit down toilets, cushy mattresses and favorite TV programs. Back to the basics of fresh air which is exactly what we have found. The odd snow flurry mixed with rain and of course the wonderful sun which we bask in know laying by the lake Louise soaking it all up. The joys of the Sunwapta pass and the Bow pass after leaving Jasper and now heading westward towards Golden… Favorite dish so far! Pasta mixed with sauce and of course the extras, green beans, tuna , and good ol heinz beans packs a lot of punch for those hills. Aside from a little too much sun all is well with half day to spend with new friends as Liliane and Celine from Switzerland have joined us and will send them off this evening, New friends and forever happy travellers as they will be missed! good on ya girls! Until the next time … Wob and Wiebe!
